Chimney Mountain Furniture evolved out of one man’s dream of making a living doing what he loved to do – building custom furniture. In 1997, Jan McLaughlin set up shop in the beautiful North Georgia Mountains, offering a custom design service for one-of-a-kind, handcrafted furniture. To date, he has built over 5000 pieces that can be found in homes, businesses, showrooms and galleries throughout the United States.
